E-commerce and Digital Manager

Ligas is seeking a dynamic E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager!

Are you an analytical, creative, and commercially savvy professional? Join Ligas and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence. Reporting directly to the founder and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the development of our marketing strategy, oversee digital campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations alongside the Customer Service Representative.
  • Analyze sales and stock data to formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate annual marketing calendars across e-commerce channels, both paid and organic, defining campaign objectives and key communication themes.
  • Directly oversee the Facebook (Meta) ads channel strategy, including campaign placement, targeting, and objectives.
  • Act as the main contact for external SEO agencies, ensuring cohesive execution of brand strategies across externally managed channels.
  • Monitor digital channels, collaborate with web development agencies, and manage web projects or fixes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the founder and Marketing & Content Manager to define asset and content briefs for brand and product campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing and e-commerce trends, tools, platforms, and technologies in the fashion industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce and marketing experience, preferably in the fashion/retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in systems including Shopify, Klaviyo, MS Office, Google Analytics, Meta, Pinterest.
  • Creative and commercial experience with a keen eye for detail in content creation and storytelling.
  • Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with a strategic approach to adapt to economic or cultural changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines with changing priorities.
